Rick’s solo show—a survey of work created during the last few years—was entirely comprised of works painted or drawn directly from life including representational portraits of friends, acquaintances and professional models as well as assorted still-lifes. The work highlighted his interest in color, design and realism. Rick is an exhibiting member of Audubon Artists, Hudson Valley Art Association, the Salmagundi Club and the Art Students League of NY and is the recipient of numerous awards from these and other organizations.
