Juanita Gilmore is a New York–based photographer and sketch artist whose work captures the poetry of place and explores the intersections of culture and landscape. Trained at the Philadelphia College of Art under film documentarian Reginald Bryant, she has a portfolio of work photographed in Tibet, India, Nepal, Morocco, Italy, Spain, and Quebec. A member of Gallery35 artists’ collective, she continues to explore both the familiar and the faraway.
