Opening Reception: March 1st 6-8pm
Closing Reception: April 19th 6-8pm
In a show titled “Sanctuary” opening March 1st, the work of 8 artists of Gallery35 will offer—in varying styles and media—personal interpretations of what constitutes places of sanctuary for them.
Additionally, a Gallery Shop will feature cards and gift items created by the artists of Gallery35.
Proceeds from the receptions will be donated to the Community Church of New York’s New Sanctuary Task Force—an organization helping to support members of a family left behind by deportation in building their lives together in the New York.
Exhibiting artists: Virginia Asman, Cari Clare, Susan Harris-Demmet, Patricia Garbarini, Pat Gericke, Ellen Mandelbaum, Jean Messner, Marsha Peruo
Gallery will be open by appointment only each Saturday 6-8 pm March 8 thru April 12.
